Vision Statement The Oregon Military Support Network is a catalyst and a resource that facilitates the support of current and former members of the uniformed military of the United States of America and their families. Oregon Military Support Network Mission Statement The Oregon Military Support Network's (OMSN) primary mission is to address the needs and welfare of all veterans and their families. The mission is achieved through a combination of umbrella services from partner agencies and the development and delivery of other services that are delivered through OMSN staff and volunteers. Service Delivery Strategy The Oregon Military Support Network is a veterans' resource that identifies, prioritizes and coordinates services to assist veterans and their families by guiding them to services that will help them achieve their life goals.
